On all MARKBASS items, we grant you, as a consumer, our “shop.markbass.de” (MARKBASS Germany).
30 DAY MONEY BACK guarantee from "shop.markbass.de" (MARKBASS Germany).
Excluded are commercial customers / dealers.
Items that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, as well as consumable items and all products for hygienic reasons cannot be resold or products that are subject to licensing regulations are excluded.
If an item purchased from "shop.markbass.de" does not meet your expectations, please contact us. The buyer can request a DHL parcel stamp for free return via DHL within Germany, if the weight of the returned item is less than 31.5 kg and the price of the item to be returned exceeds EUR 40.00. If the weight of the return exceeds 31.5 kg, after consultation with us, a (fee-based) return can be arranged by DHL or, if necessary, a freight forwarder.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover return costs from abroad with the "shop.markbass.de" (MARKBASS Germany) 30 DAY MONEY BACK guarantee for returns.
We will recalculate missing accessories at the regular sales price. If "missing accessories" can no longer be obtained from the manufacturer/supplier, we cannot take back the goods.
If individual components of a bundle are returned as part of the extended return rights, the items remaining with the customer will be returned recalculated at the regular retail price.

The points described above apply to the 30-DAY MONEY-BACK guarantee from "shop.markbass.de" (MARKBASS Germany). The conditions mentioned in the paragraph "Extended return rights (30 DAY MONEY BACK)" do not apply in the first 14 days (statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts) of the 30 DAY MONEY BACK guarantee, but only in the following 16 days.
